Introduction
1. The offer is made solely and entirely by IDFC FIRST BANK Limited (“Bank”) to the Bank’s Credit Card holders (“Customers”), who have received communication related to this campaign, from the bank through channels mentioned below.
2. Customer will earn 1,500 extra reward points on cumulative spends between ₹10,000 to ₹29,999 during the offer period.
3. Customer will earn 5,000 extra reward points on cumulative spends of ₹30,000 & above during the offer period
4. All spends done between IST 12:00 AM (29th December ’24) to 11:59 PM (31st December ’24) will be considered eligible for this campaign.
5. Offer is valid on the following cards: FIRST Classic, FIRST Millennia, FIRST Select, FIRST Wealth, FIRST WOW, FIRST Power, FIRST Power+, LIC Select, LIC Classic, FIRST SWYP, FIRST EA₹N, Ashva, Mayura and IDFC FIRST Bank Employee Credit Card (FIRST Family).
6. Multiple transactions are allowed and cumulative spends of all eligible transactions will be considered while calculating the eligible cashback.
7. Reward Points will be credited to eligible customer after 45 days’ post offer closure.
Offer Details
1. Customers will earn up to 5,000 extra reward points on min. spends of ₹10,000.
2. This is a personalized offer. A customer is eligible for reward points only if he / she has received communication regarding this offer directly from IDFC FIRST Bank through any of its direct channels mentioned below:
• SMS
• Push Notification
• App Banners
3. All spends done between IST 12:00 AM (29th December ’24) to 11:59 PM (31st December ’24) will be considered eligible for this campaign.
4. Multiple transactions are allowed and cumulative spends of all eligible transactions will be considered while calculating the eligible cashback.
5. Reward Points will be credited to the Cardholder’s Credit Card account post 45 days of offer closure.
6. If any customer holds multiple IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card, net spends done through any eligible IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card(s) as mentioned above will be considered.
7. Customer will be eligible for a maximum of 5,000 reward points.
8. If cumulative eligible spends during the offer period is ₹9,999 or less, customer is not eligible for any reward points.
9. If cumulative eligible spends during the offer period is between ₹10,000 to ₹29,999, customer is eligible for 1,500 reward points.
10. If cumulative eligible spends during the offer period is ₹30,000 or above, customer is eligible for 5,000 reward points.
11. If any customer holds multiple IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards from the eligible credit cards mentioned above, reward points will be credited on the credit card with the highest net spends. For e.g.,
• if customer spends ₹5,000 via FIRST Power Credit Card & spends ₹25,000 via FIRST Select Credit Card, reward points will be credited on the FIRST Select Credit Card.
• if customer spends ₹20,550 via FIRST Power+ Credit Card & spends ₹20,551 via FIRST EA₹N Credit Card, reward points will be credited on the FIRST EA₹N Credit Card.
12. Transactions done via IDFC FIRST Bank Add-On Credit Card of the eligible credit cards mentioned above shall be considered for the offer and the relevant reward points will be credited to the primary cardholder’s credit card account. No separate / duplicate posting will be given to the Add-On cardholder.
13. If any transaction during the offer period is reversed by the cardholder or merchant, that particular transaction will be excluded from the net eligible spends. Similarly, for any disputed transaction of the cardholder, that particular transaction will be excluded from the total eligible spends.
14. All transactions completed within the offer period will be considered. The settlement for a few of these transactions may be delayed basis the merchant’s settlement cycle but all transactions authorized within the offer period shall be considered.
15. In case the customer is also eligible for any other offer/campaign on the same transaction, only one offer with the best monetary value for the customer shall be considered applicable.
16. During the offer fulfilment, if the customer’s credit card account is found to be in overdue or in over-limit status for the last three months, the reward points posting will not be processed.
17. The offer is non-transferable, non-cashable and non-negotiable.
18. The offer will be applicable on purchases made on qualified retail purchases for personal consumption only. The offer will not be valid for transactions which are deemed to be commercial or business in any nature. The bank reserves the right to disqualify such transactions while calculating final eligibility.
Other Generic Terms & Conditions
1. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any transaction out of all spends if it appears to be non-personal expense or commercial transaction in nature. The bank may ask for the proof of purchase in the form of invoice/ bill in case of dispute on the said transaction and bank would have the final right to qualify or disqualify any transaction.
2. Any Customer eligible for the offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, the offer terms and conditions mentioned in the communication sent, as well as, general terms and conditions of the Bank, before availing the offer.
3. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer (including any default in payments).
4. Bank reserves the right, at any time, without any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this offer by another offer whether like this offer or not or to extend or withdraw this offer altogether.
5. The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by any merchant with regards to this offer. Customer is expected to take any grievance, pertaining to quality, delivery, or any other issue of purchased goods and services, to the respective merchant and not to the Bank.
6. The decision of the Bank limited in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
7. Incomplete / rejected / invalid /returned /cancelled / refunded/ disputed or unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the offer.
8. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
9. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer and the Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges.
8. I hereby confirm that I have also read and understood the contents of the offer details and agree to be levied various charges mentioned therein as and when applicable to me. The T&C, offer and miscellaneous documents provided are in English language and, I have fully understood the same and would request IDFC FIRST Bank to provide any further information in English language and I am aware they are available for reference on the IDFC FIRST Bank website https://www.idfcfirstbank.com.
9. The offer is valid for the transactions listed under the specified category(ies) only as defined by Network partners (VISA, MasterCard & RuPay) under their respective Merchant Category Codes (“MCC”).
10. The offer is valid subject to the transaction being initiated through the listed Merchant/s and the transaction carrying the specified Merchant Category (Category will be mentioned in the communication).
11. The transaction initiated through aggregators or payment wallets will not be eligible for the offer if the transaction does not have the specified merchant category.
