CreditPro Balance Transfer helps a customer to transfer other bank credit card dues to CreditPro and enjoy interest free period up to 105 days on every Balance Transfer.
No, Online, Point of Sale or cash transactions is not applicable on CreditPro. It can only be used to transfer dues from other bank credit cards.
A customer will get an interest free period of up to 105 days on every Balance Transfer if they transfer their dues from other bank credit card to CreditPro.
Yes, a customer can do Balance Transfer from Multiple Cards as long as it is within their maximum Balance Transfer limit.
No, a customer cannot transfer balance from any other IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card to CreditPro Card.
Joining Fees of ₹749 + GST is applicable on CreditPro Balance Transfer. However, this fee will be waived off on doing a Balance Transfer within 15 days of activation. Second year onwards, an Annual Fee of ₹749 + GST will be applicable on CreditPro Balance Transfer.
A Processing Fees of 2% or Min. ₹499 will be charged every time on doing a Balance Transfer on CreditPro.
Late payment charges are levied when a customer does not pay the Minimum Amount Due amount before the due date. For more details, please refer to our MITC document.
By Interest Free Period we mean that, if a customer does a Balance Transfer on CreditPro Card, they will have to pay only the Minimum Amount Due (5% of the Total Balance Transfer amount) for the next 2 statement cycles and customer will not be charged any interest fee for the unpaid amount.

Once the customer has transferred dues from other bank credit card to CreditPro, subsequent statements will be generated as mentioned below:

Statement 1 (22-Mar-24):
Total Amount Due (No Interest): ₹5,000 + Processing Fees + GST
Minimum Amount Due: ₹5,000 + Processing Fees + GST
Statement 2 (22-Apr-24):
Total Amount Due (No Interest): ₹4,750
Minimum Amount Due: ₹4,750
Statement 3(22-May-24):
Interest Free Period is over for the Balance Transfer in this statement.
Total Amount Due: ₹90,250
Minimum Amount Due: ₹4,512.5
Once the remaining amount is billed for the Balance Transfer, customer will have 3 options:
1) Pay off the Total Amount Due.
2) Pay the amount is easy and affordable EMIs.
3) Pay any amount between Total Amount Due and Minimum Amount Due and carry forward the balance at just 19.99% p.a.
*Customer must avail any one of the above three options to avoid delinquency and any penal charges.
Yes, customer can pay the entire balance transfer amount within the interest free period.
Once the Interest Free period is over for the Balance Transfer, customer will have 3 options to pay off the balances:
1. Customer can pay off the Total Amount Due
2. Customer can convert the eligible balance to EMIs
3. Customer can pay off any amount between Minimum Amount Due and Total Amount Due.
Yes, a customer can make the payment of their credit card outstanding any time before the Payment Due Date.
Once the interest free period is over, a low interest rate of 19.99% p.a. is applicable.

Customer cannot convert Balance Transfer to EMIs at the time of doing balance transfer. It ca be done once the interest free period is over.
A customer can do up to 3 Balance Transfers in a Calander Quarter (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, Oct-Dec) subject to credit limit.
Yes, the credit limit will be blocked up to an extent of amount of balance transfer. This limit will be a shared limit with the other IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards that the customer holds, and same amount will be blocked on other IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards too.
Once a customer does a Balance Transfer, the amount will be transferred through NEFT which can take up to 2 hours to reflect in the other bank credit card.
