Step 1 -
Login to your Mobile Banking, click on the hamburger menu
Step 2 -
Click on Manage Profile
Step 3 -
Click on the Change button next to the mobile number to change your mobile number
Step 4 -
Enter the new mobile number
Step 5 -
Enter the debit card details as requested
Step 6 -
Authenticate with OTP and confirm. That’s it! Your request to change the mobile number is submitted. Note down the service request number to check the status of your request
