Offer: Enrol & Earn cash back on cumulative UPI spends with your IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card.

Introduction

  1. The offer is made solely and entirely by IDFC FIRST BANK Limited (“Bank”) to the Bank’s Credit Card holders (“Customers”), who have received communication related to this campaign, from the bank through channels mentioned below.
  2. Customer should enrol to earn cash back on cumulative UPI spends.
  3. Only UPI transactions done between IST 12:00 AM (15th June 2025) to 11:59 PM (31st July 2025) will be considered eligible for this campaign excluding EMI transaction.
  4. Offer is valid on the following cards only: FIRST Power, FIRST Power+, FIRST EA₹N and FIRST Digital.
  5. For customers holding multiple IDFC FIRST Bank Credit cards, single enrolment is required & sufficient.
  6. Multiple UPI transactions done during offer period are allowed and the net cumulative spends of all eligible transactions will be considered.
  7. Cash back will be credited to eligible customer after 60 days’ post offer closure.

Offer Details

  1. This is a personalized offer. Personalized spends target for the customer and the final payback on achieving the spends target is communicated to the customer via any of the direct channels mentioned below after 14th June 2025.
  2. Target spends has been allotted at customer level, i.e. customer can achieve the target by combining UPI spends on all cards done through any eligible IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card(s) as mentioned above
  3. Customers should enrol to earn cash back on cumulative UPI spends by clicking on the link provided through the following channels or any direct communication channel intended for the customer only.

    • SMS
    • Push Notification
    • App Banners
    • WhatsApp
  4. Enrolment or campaign details will be shared on customer’s mobile no. and email ID registered with IDFC FIRST Bank.
  5. Customers enrolled between IST 12:00 AM (15th June 2025) to 11:59 PM (31st July 2025) will be eligible for cash back.
  6. Only UPI transactions done between IST 12:00 AM (15th June 2025) to 11:59 PM (31st July 2025) will be considered eligible for this campaign.
  7. Even if the enrolment is done on a later date till 31st July 2025, all UPI transactions done on between IST 12:00 AM (15th June 2025) to 11:59 PM (31st July 2025) will be considered.
  8. Cashback will be credited to the Cardholder’s Credit Card account post 60 days of offer closure.
  9. Multiple UPI transactions are allowed and the cumulative spends of all eligible transactions will be considered while calculating the eligible cashback.
  10. If any customer holds multiple IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards from the eligible credit cards mentioned above, for e.g. FIRST Power Credit Card & FIRST Digital Credit Card, enrolment is only required once. Multiple enrolments are not required.
  11. If any customer holds multiple IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card, net UPI spends done through any eligible IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card(s) as mentioned above will be considered.
  12. If a customer holds multiple IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards from the eligible credit cards mentioned above, bonus reward points will be credited on the credit card that was issued first. For e.g., if a customer holds a FIRST Power Credit Card issued in Feb’23 & a FIRST Digital Credit Card issued in Jan’24, reward point will be credited on the FIRST Power Credit Card.
  13. UPI transactions done via IDFC FIRST Bank Add-On Credit Card of the eligible credit cards mentioned above shall be considered for the offer and the relevant cash back will be credited to the primary cardholder’s credit card account. No separate / duplicate posting will be given to the Add-On cardholder.
  14. If any transaction during the offer period is reversed by the cardholder or merchant, that particular transaction will be excluded from the net eligible spends. Similarly, for any disputed transaction of the cardholder, that particular transaction will be excluded from the total eligible spends.
  15. All transactions completed within the offer period will be considered. The settlement for a few of these transactions may be delayed basis the merchant’s settlement cycle but all transactions authorized within the offer period shall be considered.
  16. In case the customer is also eligible for any other offer/campaign on the same transaction, only one offer with the best monetary value for the customer shall be considered applicable.
  17. During the offer fulfilment, if the customer’s credit card account is found to be in overdue or in over-limit status for the last three months, the cashback posting will not be processed.
  18. The offer is non-transferable, non-cashable and non-negotiable.
  19. The offer will be applicable on purchases made on qualified retail purchases for personal consumption only. The offer will not be valid for transactions which are deemed to be commercial or business in any nature. The bank reserves the right to disqualify such transactions while calculating final eligibility.

Other Generic Terms & Conditions

  1. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any transaction out of all spends if it appears to be non-personal expense or commercial transaction in nature. The bank may ask for the proof of purchase in the form of invoice/ bill in case of dispute on the said transaction and bank would have the final right to qualify or disqualify any transaction.
  2. Any Customer eligible for the offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, the offer terms and conditions mentioned in the communication sent, as well as, general terms and conditions of the Bank, before availing the offer.
  3. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer (including any default in payments).
  4. Bank reserves the right, at any time, without any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this offer by another offer whether like this offer or not or to extend or withdraw this offer altogether.
  5. The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by any merchant with regards to this offer. Customer is expected to take any grievance, pertaining to quality, delivery or any other issue of purchased goods and services, to the respective merchant and not to the Bank.
  6. The decision of the Bank limited in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
  7. Incomplete / rejected / invalid /returned /cancelled / refunded/ disputed or unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the offer.
  8. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
  9. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer and the Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges.
  10. I hereby confirm that I have also read and understood the contents of the offer details and agree to be levied various charges mentioned therein as and when applicable to me. The T&C, offer and miscellaneous documents provided are in English language and, I have fully understood the same and would request IDFC FIRST Bank to provide any further information in English language and I am aware they are available for reference on the IDFC FIRST Bank website https://www.idfcfirstbank.com.
  11. The offer is valid for the transactions listed under the specified category(ies) only as defined by Network partners (VISA, MasterCard & RuPay) under their respective Merchant Category Codes (“MCC”).
  12. The offer is valid subject to the transaction being initiated through the listed Merchant/s and the transaction carrying the specified Merchant Category (Category will be mentioned in the communication).
  13. The transaction initiated through aggregators or payment wallets will not be eligible for the offer if the transaction does not have the specified merchant category.
