In case your personal records are not updated click to update details and upload scanned copies of cancelled cheque and PAN Card along with your folio number, so that the redemption proceeds can be credited to your bank account

Kindly exercise caution upon receiving any link through SMS/Email using platforms such as 'ngrok' etc. asking you to update your KYC details etc. Fraudsters may also call you pretending to be Bank representative and lure/threaten you to divulge confidential details.
IDFC FIRST Bank will never give options such as clicking on URL sent via SMS or email to input details such as Customer ID, Mobile number, Account number, OTP, CVV, Credit/Debit card number, MPIN or password etc. for KYC updation or verification. Beware, do not click on these links/share your account related credentials. Also, please do not download apps like Anydesk, QuickSupport TeamViewer etc. on request/insistence of unknown callers. This may lead to fraudulent transactions in your account.
