1. Who can become a partner?

Any individual who is at least 18 years of age can sign up. This app also provides a good opportunity for Real Estate Agents, Insurance Agents, Chartered Accountants, Travel Agents, and Sales Agents.

2. What documents/details do I require to sign up?

  1. PAN Card
  2. Address proof (Aadhar/Passport/Voter ID)
  3. Bank details (A/C Number, IFSC Code)
  4. GSTIN details (if available)

3. How to get started?

  1. Download the MyFIRST Partner App (available on Android Play Store)
  2. Sign-up using your PAN and Address Details (keep your PAN and Address Proof handy)
  3. Enter your bank details for receiving pay-outs

4. Do I need to have a registered GST number for signing up on the app?

You do not need a registered GST number. Anyone can sign up.

5. I do not have a bank account registered in my name. Can I still proceed with my application?

A bank account number is mandatory for you to continue with the registration process. All payouts are made to the bank account provided by the partner.

6. I do not have a PAN Card. Can I become partner with IDFC FIRST Bank?

PAN Card is mandatory for completing the registration process.

7. What is considered as an address proof?

  1. Aadhar Card
  2. Passport
  3. Voter ID Card

8. I do not have an address proof. Can I partner with IDFC FIRST Bank?

Address proof is mandatory for signing up. Aadhar, Passport or Voter ID can be considered as Address Proof.

9. How do I log in to the app?

You can log in to the MyFIRST Partner App using your mobile number and date of birth. An OTP will be generated and sent to your registered mobile number. Once the OTP is entered, you’ll be signed in.

10. When can I start creating leads?

After your sign up is complete, you can instantly start creating new loan applications. There is no wait time after you have signed up.

11. What should I have with me before starting a new loan application?

Before starting a new loan application, please keep the following customer documents handy for a soft approval:

  1. PAN Card
  2. Address Proof
  3. Latest 3 months’ bank statement

12. I created and submitted a loan application successfully. What do I do next?

After you have submitted a case successfully, your dedicated Relationship Manager will get in touch with the customer and move the case ahead for disbursal. You can track the same in the “In Progress” tab on your dashboard.

13. When will I get the pay-out for any disbursements I have facilitated?

Payment for all cases disbursed in a month will be credited between 15th and 20th of the next month. Example: 3 cases were disbursed in the month of January. Payment for these 3 cases will be credited in your account between 15th and 20th February.
