Why is my Fampay wallet being closed?

The IDFC-Fampay prepaid wallet is being closed due to closing down of our prepaid technology provider/partner

What will happen to my remaining balance?

We assure you your money is safe with us. You may initiate a refund to source digitally, through your Fampay application till 30th April 2023.

From the 1st week of May 2023, you can call the Banks Customer Care number on 1800 10 888 or email us at banker@idfcfirstbank.com to initiate the refund of your balance to your bank account.

Can I get a new Fampay-IDFC wallet/card?

 No, we have stopped new wallet/card issuance.
