Customer can make the transaction through “Direct tax and GST payment” menu option available under “Pay” section of the net banking platform.
There is no separate limit for Direct Tax / GST Payment. The limit will be based on Account Level /Entity level as applicable.

Beneficiary is not required to be added on the net banking platform.

Customer can connect via. helpline number available on Tax (https://incometaxindia.gov.in/) / GST (https://payment.gst.gov.in/payment/) portal and share the UTR number generated for that transaction
No, Challan can be downloaded by the customer from the Government website (Direct Tax/ GST)
