As per latest RBI mandate, New/ replaced Credit Cards are being delivered in disabled state for Online, Contactless, and International transactions, and enabled for domestic PoS and domestic ATM. 

You can conveniently enable Online, Contactless and/or International transactions on your Credit Card through your mobile app.
