MAX Subscription

 

Max Subscription is currently available for only select IDFC First Bank FASTag Holders through invite and at sole discretion of the Bank.

Max Subscription allows certain set of privilege services to the customers who opt for the same through the bank’s invite (whatsApp or SMS).

Max Program/Benefit Details

Max holders need to follow the below steps to avail the Max Benefits/Services.

1) Max subscription holder should call GLB Assure 24x7 Toll-free Number 18003090126 to avail Max Benefits/Services. Max holder will share its name, vehicle/chassis number and last four digits of mobile number registered with IDFC FIRST Bank. Upon correct validation of details, Max holder can procced to avail the benefits/services.

2) Max Subscription Holder will show a copy of any Government Identity Proof (Aadhar Card, Voter Card, Driving License, Pan card, Passport, Ration card) or Car Identity Proof (Copy of Registration Certificate, Pollution Under Control Certificate, Insurance) in its own name to the vehicle agent. The Benefits/Services will be provided post name match on Identity Proof with the name registered for Max program.

3)The Max Benefits/Services would be provided as per the below mentioned Terms & Conditions.

4) Max subscription holder can avail one maximum of one complimentary Benefits/Services for each category in a year.

5) Max subscription would be valid for one year from the date of opting and would be renewed automatically unless the customer opts out from the same.

6)The Benefits/Services would be available for eligible FASTag customers with Pan India Coverage.

7)Currently Max Subscription is available only for select Passenger Vehicle (Car/Jeep/Van) category.

Terms & Conditions

Outstation Benefit Breakdown Assistance on chargeable basis and co-ordination will be done by GLB Assure
One time Complimentary (Hotel Accommodation or Onward & Forward Journey) benefit up to INR 5,000 in case of Vehicle breakdown above 100 kms from residence location arrangement and co-ordination will be done by GLB Assure (This would be applicable only if the breakdown assistance mentioned above on chargeable basis is availed by the customer and for same instance only)
SOP *GLB assure will collect customer vehicle proof such as RC copy :-
  • • to validate the customer residence and
  • • also, to check the vehicle breakdown location is above 100 kms from customer residence.

* Reimbursement of Hotel accommodation/Onward& forward journey is not allowed
PUC Reimbursement One time reimbursement on the PUC certificate charges (Max upto Rs 200). The claim must be put within 10 days of the date of doing PUC. To avail the customer must call up the GLB Assure call centre and raise a ticket for the same (Supporting documents to be shared on support@globalassure.com). Basis the validation received from GLB Assure, customers tag account would be credited with the reimbursement amount maximum within15 days of the request received from the customer.

Fuel Delivery One-time Complimentary Fuel (Petrol/Diesel) Delivery Services up to INR 500 in case of vehicle breakdown on road due to running out of fuel; arrangement & co-ordination will be done by GLB Assure

Pick Up One-time Complimentary Pickup service of customer vehicle up to 50 kms to the same Authorized OEM workshop; wherein the service payment has been made by the customer

  • • GLB Assure will ask for RC copy.
  • • GLB Assure will collect the Location of Authorized OEM workshop from the customer to validate whether the service has to be arranged & the vehicle has to be picked from the location as per agreed t&c
  • • GLB Assure will arrange either driver or towing services whichever is available as per the location.
Minimum Balance and security deposit Max subscription will have zero minimum balance and zero security deposit.
SOP Post updation to Max, the existing product will be automatically changed into Zero min bal and zero SD. The min bal and SD in the existing product will get added to the tag balance

 

General Exclusions
 

  1. Any vehicle which has not been maintained regularly as per the guidelines of respective car manufacturers and thus is not in roadworthy condition.
  2. Any event where breakdown is caused by deliberately inflicted damage, vandalism or participation in a criminal act or offence.
  3. Any event when the driver of the vehicle is found to be in any of the situations that are indicated below:
    1. The state of intoxication or under the influence of drugs, toxins or narcotics not medically prescribed. For these effects, one is under the effect of alcoholic drinks when the degree of alcohol in the blood is greater than that authorized by the legislation on traffic, motor vehicle circulation, road safety, or similar ones in the country where the incident occurs.
    2. Lack of permission or corresponding license for the category of the Covered Vehicle or violation of the sanction of cancellation or withdrawal of them.
  4. Those accidents or breakdowns that are produced when the Client or the authorized driver have infringed upon the regulatory ordinances as far as the requisites and number of persons transported, weight and means of things and animals that can be transported or the form of handling.
  5. Those happening while the vehicle lacks documentation or requisites (including the Technical Inspection of the Vehicles and Obligatory Insurance) legally necessary to circulate on public roads in the country where the Covered Vehicle is found.
  6. Any vehicle involved in or liable to be involved in legal case prior to or post immobilization.
  7. Those caused by fuels, mineral essences, and other inflammable, explosive or toxic materials transported in the Covered Vehicle.
  8. Any public vehicle like ambulances, police vehicles and / or fire brigade vehicles and any other vehicle not used for private use are excluded of all the services coverage under these general conditions.
  9. Any accident or breakdown caused due to usage of the car for racing, rally and criminal activity purposes.
  10. Assistance to occupants of the Covered Vehicle different to those defined as beneficiaries

Adverse weather conditions & Force Majeure:
 

It shall be our endeavour to support the covered vehicle promptly as per the terms of the program. However, in certain adverse weather conditions such as floods, thunderstorms, heavy rains, and other adverse conditions such as traffic congestion, political movements, civil unrest, protests etc. it may become physically impossible to provide assistance. This may affect our ability and capabilities to promptly support the vehicle though it shall be our priority to support the covered vehicle by all feasible means.

Right of Refusal:
 

In case it is found at any stage that false information has been furnished by a customer to enroll in the program or in case the program is misused or abused, the services may be refused by Global Assure to the customer and the customer in such cases, shall not have any right of claim against Global Assure or IDFC FIRST Bank.
