Max Subscription is currently available for only select IDFC First Bank FASTag Holders through invite and at sole discretion of the Bank.
Max Subscription allows certain set of privilege services to the customers who opt for the same through the bank’s invite (whatsApp or SMS).
Max Program/Benefit Details
Max holders need to follow the below steps to avail the Max Benefits/Services.
1) Max subscription holder should call GLB Assure 24x7 Toll-free Number 18003090126 to avail Max Benefits/Services. Max holder will share its name, vehicle/chassis number and last four digits of mobile number registered with IDFC FIRST Bank. Upon correct validation of details, Max holder can procced to avail the benefits/services.
2) Max Subscription Holder will show a copy of any Government Identity Proof (Aadhar Card, Voter Card, Driving License, Pan card, Passport, Ration card) or Car Identity Proof (Copy of Registration Certificate, Pollution Under Control Certificate, Insurance) in its own name to the vehicle agent. The Benefits/Services will be provided post name match on Identity Proof with the name registered for Max program.
3)The Max Benefits/Services would be provided as per the below mentioned Terms & Conditions.
4) Max subscription holder can avail one maximum of one complimentary Benefits/Services for each category in a year.
5) Max subscription would be valid for one year from the date of opting and would be renewed automatically unless the customer opts out from the same.
6)The Benefits/Services would be available for eligible FASTag customers with Pan India Coverage.
7)Currently Max Subscription is available only for select Passenger Vehicle (Car/Jeep/Van) category.

PUC Reimbursement | One time reimbursement on the PUC certificate charges (Max upto Rs 200). The claim must be put within 10 days of the date of doing PUC. To avail the customer must call up the GLB Assure call centre and raise a ticket for the same (Supporting documents to be shared on support@globalassure.com). Basis the validation received from GLB Assure, customers tag account would be credited with the reimbursement amount maximum within15 days of the request received from the customer. |

It shall be our endeavour to support the covered vehicle promptly as per the terms of the program. However, in certain adverse weather conditions such as floods, thunderstorms, heavy rains, and other adverse conditions such as traffic congestion, political movements, civil unrest, protests etc. it may become physically impossible to provide assistance. This may affect our ability and capabilities to promptly support the vehicle though it shall be our priority to support the covered vehicle by all feasible means.
In case it is found at any stage that false information has been furnished by a customer to enroll in the program or in case the program is misused or abused, the services may be refused by Global Assure to the customer and the customer in such cases, shall not have any right of claim against Global Assure or IDFC FIRST Bank.
