We are migrating our customers from older app to the newer and better app & net banking portal in batches. If you have received the communication that means you are part of a batch to be migrated.

Can I continue using the old app post app upgrade

No. Once you are migrated to new app you would not be able to use the old app

How do I upgrade on my own?

You can use our Net Banking or Mobile App and start the migration process by following the steps mentioned on the website or App

I don’t want to upgrade to new app, what should I do?

To provide a best in class digital banking experience, we will be migrating all users from old app to the new app. We hope you enjoy the experience of new app.
