How can I block my credit card?

You can block you credit card through the below mentioned channels:

Mobile / Internet Banking:

  1. Login to the mobile banking app/interbanking services
  2. Go to Accounts
  3. Select Cards
  4. On the dashboard, select temporary/permanent block

Website:

  1. Go to Customer Support
  2. Select credit cards
  3. Click on Block your credit card under the Card Management section

Altenatively you can SMS CCBLOCK (last 4 digit of card) to 5676732 or reach out to us on the 1800 10 888 to block your card.

How do I change my address?

  • Step 1 - Please visit the nearest IDFC FIRST Bank Branch.
  • Step 2 - Please carry along any one of the officially valid documents [OVD] - Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, Job Card issued by NREGA, Letter issued by National Population, Register Aadhaar card / E-Aadhaar with you.
  • Step 3 - The representative will submit the request on your behalf and the details will be changed in 48 hours.

How can I check my Loan ECS details?

  • Step 1 - Log in to your NetBanking/Mobile Banking and click on ‘Loans’.
  • Step 2 - Select the ‘Loan’ option.
