After submission of your complete document(s), the loan application is logged in post which you can expect the first credit decisioning on your Home loan application within 2-5 working days. In cases where field verification is required, it might take an additional two working days, subject to customer availability. Do make sure you check the necessary document(s) thoroughly before you submit your application.
Yes, you can cancel your application after your loan has been approved. However, we would deeply regret the loss of your patronage. Please feel free to contact any IDFC FIRST Bank representative and we will help you with processing your cancellation request.
You can cancel your application after the loan is disbursed. However, you will have to incur charges of up to 1% of the loan amount + interest from the date of disbursal until receipt of the cancellation request.
The Bank would require a processing time of approximately 15 working days from the date of the completed application. This is subject to submission of all documents as required by the Bank and clear title of property.
