My transaction was cancelled and I have refund confirmation from Merchant but there is no refund/credit yet, what should I do?

Please check your recent transactions via the IDFC FIRST Bank mobile app or internet banking account. If the credit is still not visible, please write to us along with the merchant refund confirmation proof.
