Offer Terms & Conditions
Introduction:
1. The offer is made solely and entirely by IDFC FIRST BANK Limited (“Bank”) to the Bank’s Credit Card holders (“Customers”), who have received communication related to this offer named – “Khushiyan FIRST– Credit Cards” by the Bank through Email, SMS, Push Notification, App Banners, WhatsApp and / or any direct communication channel intended for the customer only.
2. This is only applicable to Cardholders who have enrolled to participate in Khushiyan FIRST- credit cards offer during the above-mentioned period. Customers can enroll anytime between the offer period i.e. from 25th October to 15th November 2023. Customer should have enrolled through any of the below mentioned modes shared by bank directly to the intended recipients:
a. By clicking on the link provided in the Email, SMS, Push Notification, App Banners, WhatsApp and / or any direct communication channel intended for the customer only,
b. By giving a missed call on 02241499880.
3. Customers enrolled between 3rd - 15th Oct’ 23 are already eligible under this offer.
4. For customers holding multiple IDFC FIRST Bank Credit cards, single enrolment is required & sufficient.
Offer Details:
1. This is a personalized offer. A customer is eligible for this offer only if he / she has received communication regarding this offer directly from IDFC FIRST Bank through any of its direct channels mentioned above and have enrolled for the same through any of the methods mentioned above.
2. The personalized spends target for the customer and the final payback on achieving the spends target i.e. Reward points / Cashback is communicated to the customer via any of the direct channels mentioned above after 30th October ’23.
3. Customers who have enrolled during 03rd - 15th Oct ’23 (“Khushiyan FIRST- Credit cards”), are automatically enrolled for Khushiyan FIRST offer ran from 01st to 15th Nov ’23.
4. This offer will not be valid on spends done on Fuel (MCC 5172, 5541, 5542, 5983), Cash (MCC 6010, 6011,7280), Rent Payments (MCC 6513), Utility (MCC 4800-4999), Wallet Load (MCC 6540) and NPS & Tax payments (MCC 9311, 9399).
5. Target spends has been allotted at customer level, i.e. customer can make spends on eligible IDFC FIRST Credit Card(s) during the offer period
6. UPI on credit card spending will be included in eligible spends (above mentioned MCC will be excluded)
7. This offer is applicable across IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards - FIRST Classic, FIRST Millennia, FIRST Select, FIRST Wealth, IDFC FIRST Bank Employee Credit Card FIRST Family, FIRST WOW!, FIRST Private, FIRST Power, FIRST Power+, Club Vistara IDFC FIRST Credit Cards.
8. This offer is not applicable across FIRST Corporate, FIRST Purchase, FIRST Business.
9. In case customer holds multiple cards, he/she can achieve the target by combining spends on all cards- if customer achieves targeted spends, rewards will be posted on the card with the oldest issued card.
10. If any of the transactions during the offer period are reversed or cancelled by the cardholder or merchant, then that particular transaction will be excluded from the total eligible spends. Similarly, for any disputed transaction by the cardholder, that particular transaction will be excluded from the total eligible spends.
11. If any transaction is reversed post crediting of reward points, the bank holds the right to debit reward points from the customer account.
12. For this offer, multiple transactions are allowed and the cumulative spends of all eligible transactions will be considered while calculating the eligible spends & rewards.
13. The offer is non-transferable, non-cashable and non-negotiable.
14. The offer will be applicable on purchases made on qualified retail purchases for personal consumption only. The offer will not be valid for transactions which are deemed to be commercial or business in any nature. The bank reserves the right to disqualify such transactions while calculating final eligibility.
15. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any transaction out of all spends if it appears to be non-personal expense or commercial transaction in nature. The bank may ask for proof of purchase in the form of invoice/ bill in case of dispute on the said transaction and bank would have the final right to qualify or disqualify any transaction.
16. Cashback / reward points fulfillment will be done between 15th January ’24 to 1st February ’24 (within 90 days post offer closure).
17. Only customers enrolled & qualified for the offer will be rewarded with rewards / cashback.
Other Terms & Conditions
1. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any transaction out of all spends if it appears to be non-personal expense or commercial transaction in nature. The bank may ask for proof of purchase in the form of invoice/ bill in case of dispute on the said transaction and bank would have the final right to qualify or disqualify any transaction.
2. Any Customer eligible for the offer shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions, the offer terms and conditions mentioned in the communication sent, as well as, general terms and conditions of the Bank, before availing the offer.
3. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer (including any default in payments).
4. Bank reserves the right, at any time, without any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this offer by another offer whether like this offer or not or to extend or withdraw this offer altogether.
5. The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by any merchant with regards to this offer. The customer is expected to take any grievance, pertaining to quality, delivery, or any other issue of purchased goods and services, to the respective merchant and not to the Bank.
6. The decision of the Bank limited in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
7. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
8. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer and the Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges.
9. I hereby confirm that I have also read and understood the contents of the offer details and agree to be levied various charges mentioned therein as and when applicable to me.
10.
