• The offer is valid only on FIRST Classic Credit Card.
• The offer period is from 15th July 2024 (Offer Start Date) to 15th Aug 2024 (Offer End Date) both dates inclusive.
• This is a targeted offer. A customer is eligible for this offer only if he/she has received an offer communication directly from IDFC FIRST Bank through any of its channels.
• Customer will be eligible for a maximum of ₹500 Amazon Gift Voucher or ₹500 Cashback during the entire offer period.
• Bank at its discretion may change/replace the Amazon Gift Voucher with a Cashback of the equal amount i.e. ₹500.
• The Amazon Gift Voucher may be redeemed by the Card Member only once and redemption or use of the voucher against photocopy of voucher shall not be valid/permitted. The voucher needs to be redeemed within 90 days of issuance.
• Bank shall not be responsible for any goods ordered with the brand partner using the Amazon voucher.
• No request for substitutions, exchange or replacement of the Voucher will be entertained by the Bank on any grounds whatsoever.
• Bank will, under no circumstances, arrange for a duplicate voucher in cases where the card member does not receive the voucher for invalid details like mobile number, email id, address etc. of the card member available with the bank. It shall be the responsibility of the card member to verify the details updated with the bank are updated.
• If the customer chooses to perform transactions totalling to ₹5000 by 15th Aug 2024 using his FIRST Classic Credit Card, then the customer is eligible for ₹500 Amazon voucher, in cases where the customer is unable to spend ₹5000 by 15th Aug 2024, customer shall not be eligible for any Amazon Gift Voucher.
• Customer will earn the reward points on the transaction done by him/her as per the applicable reward point structure.
• Multiple transactions done within the offer period adding up to ₹5000 will be considered collectively for the eligibility of ₹500 Amazon Gift Voucher.
• Amazon Voucher/Cashback will be sent/credited within 60 days after the offer end date (i.e. 15th Oct 2024) to the eligible Credit Card account of the qualified customers only.

• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer and the Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges.
