1. The offer is made solely and entirely by IDFC FIRST BANK Limited (“Bank”) to the Bank’s Credit Card holders (“Customers”), who have received communication related to this campaign, from the bank through channels mentioned below.

Offer Details

1. Customer is eligible for 100% cashback up to ₹250 on the next transaction with their IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card.

2. Customer is eligible for cashback only if he / she has received communication regarding this offer directly from IDFC FIRST Bank through any of the following channels intended for the customer only.

· Email

· SMS

· Push Notification

· App Banners

· WhatsApp

3. Offer details will be shared on customer’s mobile no. and email ID registered with IDFC FIRST Bank.

4. Customers who have made at least one transaction since onboarding and have not made any transactions between 1st July to 31st Dec 2024, are eligible for this offer.

5. For customers with multiple IDFC FIRST Bank credit card, eligibility for cashback requires no transactions on any IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card between 1st July to 31st Dec 2024.

· For example, if a customer has three IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards and has made at least one transaction on any of them between 1st July to 31st Dec 2024, they will not be eligible for cashback.

· Conversely, if a customer has three IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards and has not made any transactions on any of them between 1st July to 31st Dec 2024, they will be eligible for 100% cashback up to Rs. 250.

6. Cashback will be credited to the Cardholder’s Credit Card account post 45 days of offer closure (After 15th March 2025).

7. The cardholder is eligible for a maximum of ₹250 cashback.

8. If transaction value is ₹100, customer is eligible for ₹100 cashback (100% cashback up to ₹250).

9. If transaction value is ₹250 or more, customer is eligible for ₹250 cashback (100% cashback up to ₹250).

10. If transaction value is ₹2,500 or more, customer is eligible for ₹250 cashback (100% cashback up to ₹250).

11. In case the customer is eligible for any other offer/campaign on the same transaction as eligible for the above offer, only one offer with the best monetary value for the customer shall be considered applicable.

12. If any transaction is reversed by the cardholder/merchant or any disputed transaction of the cardholder, customer will not be eligible for cash back. 

13. During the offer fulfilment, if the customer’s credit card account is found to be in overdue or in over-limit status for the last three months, the cashback posting will not be processed.

14. The offer is non-transferable, non-cashable and non-negotiable.

15. The offer will be applicable on purchases made on qualified retail purchases for personal consumption only. The offer will not be valid for transactions which are deemed to be commercial or business in any nature. The bank reserves the right to disqualify such transactions while calculating final eligibility.

16. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any transaction out of all spends if it appears to be non-personal expense or commercial transaction in nature. The bank may ask for proof of purchase in the form of invoice/ bill in case of dispute on the said transaction and bank would have the final right to qualify or disqualify any transaction.

Other Generic Terms & Conditions

1. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any transaction out of all spends if it appears to be non-personal expense or commercial transaction in nature. The bank may ask for the proof of purchase in the form of invoice/ bill in case of dispute on the said transaction and bank would have the final right to qualify or disqualify any transaction.

2. Any Customer eligible for the offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, the offer terms and conditions mentioned in the communication sent, as well as, general terms and conditions of the Bank, before availing the offer.

3. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer (including any default in payments).

4. Bank reserves the right, at any time, without any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this offer by another offer whether like this offer or not or to extend or withdraw this offer altogether.

5. The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by any merchant with regards to this offer. Customer is expected to take any grievance, pertaining to quality, delivery or any other issue of purchased goods and services, to the respective merchant and not to the Bank.

6. The decision of the Bank limited in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.

7. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.

8. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer and the Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges.

9. I hereby confirm that I have also read and understood the contents of the offer details and agree to be levied various charges mentioned therein as and when applicable to me.
