Airport Transfer Service Details

The airport transfer service offered by IDFC FIRST Bank is provided by a third-party service provider ("DreamFolks Services Limited").

By availing of this service, customer agrees that IDFC FIRST Bank shall not be held accountable for any delay, damages and/or consequential loss of whatsoever nature caused to the customer.

Eligibility criteria for availing the service:

FIRST Wealth NRI & FIRST Private NRI program customers meeting the defined Privilege Program Maintenance Criteria on a monthly basis are eligible for complimentary airport transfer service.

Benefit Details:

o   1 complimentary airport transfer (One Way- Pickup OR Drop) per quarter for FIRST Wealth NRI customers

o   2 complimentary airport transfers (One Way- Pickup OR Drop) per quarter for FIRST Private NRI customers

Registration & Booking Process:

1.    Booking request to be created by customers on DreamFolks Web Portal (https://webaccess.dreamfolks.in).

2.    Please ensure the mobile number registered with IDFC FIRST Wealth/IDFC FIRST Private Debit Card is used to register & access the portal. Registration is required for first-time users. An OTP verification would be required to login/register.

3.    Enter IDFC FIRST Wealth/Private debit card details for validation. Rs.2 will be charged on the added card to complete the validation process.

4.    Post successful validation, customers will be able to see the eligible benefits.

5.    Click on Book” option to raise a booking request under Airport Transfer tab. Please enter travel details and select the city, pick up or drop address, time, baggage counts, details of guests travelling (up to 4 guests) etc. The details should meet the curated airport transfer’s benefit terms & conditions.

6.    Click on “I accept all the terms & conditions” & proceed further.

7.    Kindly ensure you have filled the complete and correct details, & then click on the submit button. Once submitted, the booking will be created & customers can track the status of the booking under “Upcoming Service” option in the menu.

Note: Booking once created cannot be cancelled or modified. Please check all details before availing the benefit.

Terms & Conditions - Airport Transfer Service

1.    Benefit is applicable only for FIRST Wealth NRI and FIRST Private NRI program customers meeting respective program maintenance criteria.

2.    The service offered may differ from airport to airport. Please refer to details on the booking page.

3.    Complimentary airport pickup or drop facility is applicable up to 45KMs only and covers one way.

4.    Booking must be made at least 48 hours before the travel time to avail the services

5.    Service provider will provide a vehicle within pickup point to destination. Passenger must be ready for pickup at designated point & time

6.    The service provider has the rights to substitute the vehicle & drivers as necessary.

7.    By booking the Service, it is deemed that the Customer has understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions associated with the Service.

8.    Booking once created cannot be cancelled or modified. Cancellation intimation can be shared by the guest by sending an email at bookings@dreamfolks.in or via call at 18001234109 for information.

9.    Driver will wait for the customer at the scheduled meeting point on the travel date.

10.  In the event, the customer does not inform the driver about any delay and the customer does not turn-up at the scheduled meeting point, the booking will be considered as availed.

11.  It will be the customer’s responsibility to manage the luggage within the vehicle category/segment booked as per benefit details.

12Subject to the capacity of the vehicle booked, the maximum luggage allowed to be carried in the vehicle is 3 (three) units. ***If the standard luggage size and weight exceed the specifications given above then an additional charge is applicable.

13.   Customer must carry & show the ID proofs. No change in name of the passenger(s) or guest(s) from that provided at the time of booking shall be permitted

14.   All applicable government and airport taxes will be included in the service. Additional charges such as service upgrade/additional luggage, etc. will have to be borne by the customer.

14.   Benefits are curated as complimentary and for personal use only. It cannot be changed, transferred or exchanged.

16.  All bookings are required to be made in advance. Timelines of the requests is as follows

17.  IDFC FIRST Bank will not be responsible for any flight misses or any delay/consequential loss of whatsoever nature caused to the customer due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of the driver, including without limitation traffic jams and/or weather conditions etc.

18.  Customers must take care of their personal belongings and ensure they don’t leave them unattended during any time of the journey. IDFC FIRST Bank will not take responsibility for any personal belongings lost during the travel.

19.  The bookings and service will be facilitated by the service partners. Benefits provided by IDFC FIRST Bank is solely for promoting usage of FIRST Wealth and FIRST Private program benefits and IDFC FIRST Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or services offered/sold by the service partners. Any dispute or claim regarding the services must be resolved by the cardholder with the service partners directly.

20.  IDFC FIRST Bank reserves the right at any time, without notice, to change or discontinue the offer without assigning any reason or without any prior intimation, whatsoever.

21.  IDFC FIRST Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the benefit is not availed or provided by the service partner due to technical or service availability issues.

22.  In case of all matters relating to the benefits including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the offer or eligibility of any Cardholder, IDFC FIRST Bank's decision shall be final and binding on Cardholders in all respects.

23.  The terms and conditions governing the service shall be in addition to and not in substitution to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the FIRST Wealth Banking Program, FIRST Private Banking Program and NR Accounts.

24.   Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of any third party and is not intended to create any rights and obligations.

25.  The service by IDFC FIRST Bank is subject to applicable laws and regulatory guidelines/ regulations and as per bank's extant guidelines from time to time.

26.  Service Restrictions: Multiple pickups or drops are not allowed. Any change to the defined Terms & conditions will result in the service being classified as a day hire with additional cost being borne by the customer.

27.  IDFC FIRST Bank reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card.

28.   The offer is not available wherever prohibited and products/ services for which such services cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.

29.  Any dispute relating to the offer, or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts basis the third party vendor.

30.  Any person taking the advantage of this offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

31.  The decision of IDFC FIRST Bank will be final and binding on all and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.

·  Passenger: Refers to the person availing the complimentary services and must be present. Airport Transfer is non-transferable service curated especially for the program customers.
