Moratorium and One-Time Restructuring Advisory

The moratorium on payment of Loan EMIs as per the regulatory guidelines has ended on 31st August, 2020.

  • All EMIs starting September 2020 will be debited as per schedule. Please maintain sufficient balance in your account to avoid default.
  • No incremental moratorium requests will be accepted by the bank.
  • The bank is in the process of finalizing the one-time restructuring policy and guidelines to support customers who have been affected by the pandemic. The laid down regulatory framework will have to be adhered to. We will be updating the same on the website shortly for customers to consider availing the same, if eligible.
  • In the larger interest of our customers, we encourage customers to pay their dues in time.
