|"I joined Shwetdhara in year 2018, a program was so meticulously designed to enhance animal productivity keeping in women member at centre stage. As a member of conceptualizing team and as implementation manager of the program, I am witnessing a program, which has potential to become self-sustainable by creating 224 women entrepreneurs, which are known as Gram Sakhi, who are helping in penetrating the program among women dairy farmers, who eventually have accepted membership of Shwetdhara. The program is a complete package, which covers both supply and demand side gaps of dairying. I sincerely thank IDFC FIRST Bank for its support to End Poverty and this program." |
