Introduction

  1. The offer is made solely and entirely by IDFC FIRST BANK Limited (“Bank”) to the Bank’s Credit Card holders (“Customers”), who have received communication related to this campaign named – Travel spends campaign, from the bank through channels mentioned below.
  2. Following credit cards are eligible for 10% bonus reward points up to 10,000: FIRST Classic, FIRST Millennia, FIRST Select, FIRST Wealth, FIRST WOW, FIRST SYWP, FIRST Power, FIRST Power+, LIC Select, LIC Classic and IDFC FIRST Bank Employee Credit Card (FIRST Family).
  3. Enrol & earn flat 2,500 bonus CV points with your Club Vistara IDFC Credit Card on flight & hotel bookings on cumulative spends of ₹50,000 or more during campaign period.
  4. Transactions done on the following MCCs: Airlines (3000 to 3299 & 4511), Lodging (3500 to 3999 & 7011) and Travel Agencies & tour operator (4722)  only will be considered as eligible transactions for this campaign.
  5. For customers holding multiple IDFC FIRST Bank Credit cards, single enrolment is required & sufficient.
  6. Multiple transactions done during campaign period are allowed and the cumulative spends of all eligible transactions will be considered while calculating the eligible spends & bonus reward / CV points.
  7. Get free trip cancellation cover on Min transaction of ₹5,000. Customer will get refund up to ₹10,000 in case on cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Valid on bookings done between 5th March to 30th April 2024 with travel date before 31st July 2024. Single policy will be issue at customer level.

  1. Customers should enrol to earn bonus reward / CV points on EMI & non-EMI transaction done on flight & hotel booking during the above-mentioned campaign period, by clicking on the link provided through the following channels or any direct communication channel intended for the customer only.

  2. A customer is eligible for bonus reward / CV points only if he / she has received communication regarding this offer directly from IDFC FIRST Bank through any of its direct channels mentioned above and have enrolled for the same through any of the methods mentioned above.
  3. Enrolment or campaign details will be shared on customer’s mobile no. and email ID registered with IDFC FIRST Bank.
  4. Customers enrolled between 12:00 AM (5th March ‘24) to 11:59 PM (31st May ‘24) will be eligible for bonus reward / CV points.
  5. All transactions done on flight & hotel booking between 12:00 AM (5th March ’24) to 11:59 PM (31st May ‘24) will be considered for this campaign.
  6. Even if the enrolment is done on a later date till 31st May ‘24, all transactions done on flight and hotel bookings between 12:00 AM (5th March ’24) to 11:59 PM (31st May ’24) will be considered for this campaign.
  7. Flight & hotel booking done using UPI on credit card on the above mentioned MCCs will be considered as eligible spends.
  8. Bonus reward / CV ppoints will be credited to the Cardholder’s Credit Card account post 45 days of offer closure.
  9. Multiple transactions are allowed and the cumulative spends of all eligible transactions will be considered while calculating the eligible reward /CV points.

  11. If any customer holds multiple IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards, for e.g., FIRST Millennia Credit Card & FIRST Power+ Credit Card, enrolment is only required once. Multiple enrolments are not needed.
  12. If any customer holds multiple IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card, net spends done through any eligible IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card(s) as mentioned above will be considered. (Transactions done via Club Vistara credit card won’t be clubbed with any other IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card(s) in cumulative spends).
  13. If any customer holds multiple IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards, additional earned Reward Points will be credited on the credit card that was issued first.
    For e.g., if a customer holds a FIRST Millennia Credit Card issued in Feb’23 & a FIRST Power+ Credit Card issued in Jan’24, the additional earned Reward Points will be credited on the FIRST Millennia Credit Card.
  14. Hotel or flight booking done with IDFC FIRST Bank Add-On Credit Card shall be considered for the offer and the relevant reward points will be credited to the primary cardholder’s credit card account. No separate / duplicate posting will be given to the Add-On cardholder.
  15. If any transaction during the campaign period is reversed or cancelled by the cardholder or merchant, that particular transaction will be excluded from the net eligible spends. Similarly, for any disputed transaction of the cardholder, that particular transaction will be excluded from the total eligible spends.
  16. All transactions completed within the offer period will be considered. The settlement for a few of these transactions may be delayed basis the merchant’s settlement cycle but all transactions authorized within the offer period shall be considered.
  17. Earned reward points will be reversed on transaction refunds.
  18. During the offer fulfilment, if the customer’s credit card account is found to be in overdue or in over-limit status for the last three months, the Reward Points posting will not be processed.
  19. The offer is non-transferable, non-cashable and non-negotiable.
  20. The offer will be applicable on purchases made on qualified retail purchases for personal consumption only. The offer will not be valid for transactions which are deemed to be commercial or business in any nature. The bank reserves the right to disqualify such transactions while calculating final eligibility.
  21. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any transaction out of all spends if it appears to be non-personal expense or commercial transaction in nature. The bank may ask for proof of purchase in the form of invoice/ bill in case of dispute on the said transaction and bank would have the final right to qualify or disqualify any transaction.
  22. This offer cannot be combined with any existing offer. Customer will be eligible for benefit whichever is higher.

Other Generic Terms & Conditions

  1. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any transaction out of all spends if it appears to be non-personal expense or commercial transaction in nature. The bank may ask for the proof of purchase in the form of invoice/ bill in case of dispute on the said transaction and bank would have the final right to qualify or disqualify any transaction.
  2. Any Customer eligible for the offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, the offer terms and conditions mentioned in the communication sent, as well as, general terms and conditions of the Bank, before availing the offer.
  3. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer (including any default in payments).
  4. Bank reserves the right, at any time, without any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this offer by another offer whether like this offer or not or to extend or withdraw this offer altogether.
  5. The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by any merchant with regards to this offer. Customer is expected to take any grievance, pertaining to quality, delivery or any other issue of purchased goods and services, to the respective merchant and not to the Bank.
  6. The decision of the Bank limited in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
  7. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
  8. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer and the Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges.
  9. I hereby confirm that I have also read and understood the contents of the offer details and agree to be levied various charges mentioned therein as and when applicable to me.   10. I hereby declare that the details furnished in the application are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and I undertake to inform IDFC FIRST Bank of any changes therein, immediately.
