What is the referral benefit on my FIRST Millennia Credit card?

Existing IDFC FIRST Millennia Credit Card holders can refer their family and friends for IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards and earn 2000 bonus reward points for each successful card generation. One can earn a maximum of 10,000 bonus reward points. How do I generate my FIRST Millennia Credit Card PIN?

There are 3 easy to generate your Credit Cards PIN:

  1. Through Net banking:

    1. Click on the “Generate Credit Card PIN” on the pre-login page [https://my.idfcfirstbank.com/login]
    2. Enter “Customer ID” & “Credit Card number” and click on Get OTP
    3. Verify using the OTP sent on your registered mobile number
    4. Enter and Re-enter PIN of your choice and click on confirm
    5. You could also login to your Net Banking account and follow the below steps
      1. Select Credit Cards section
      2. Select Set new PIN
      3. Enter and Re-enter PIN of your choice and click on Get OTP
      4. Please verify through the OTP sent to your registered mobile number
  2. Through the IDFC FIRST Bank App:

    1. Select browse icon from the right side top menu on login page
    2. Enter “Customer ID” & “Credit Card number” and click on Get OTP
    3. Verify through the OTP sent to your registered mobile number

Do I need to enter my FIRST Millennia Credit Card PIN at every POS terminal?

You are required to enter your PIN for completing transactions in India. This is a security measure to ensure that the transaction is authorized by the cardholder. However, outside India, you will only be asked for your PIN if the Point of Sale (POS) terminal is enabled for PIN authentication.

You can pay using tap-and-go (contactless payment). The Contactless Payment option should be enabled from the IDFC FIRST mobile banking application. A maximum of Rs. 5,000 can be paid at a time using this method.

Can I use my FIRST Millennia Credit Card to withdraw cash at an ATM?

Yes, you can! And what’s really great is that all ATM cash withdrawals are totally interest-free for up to 48 days – in India or even when you withdraw cash abroad. Do keep in mind, however, that a Cash Advance Fee of ₹199/- + GST is applicable per transaction, irrespective of where you are or the amount you withdraw. The maximum cash withdrawal limit per transaction is Rs 10,000.

What should I do if I lose my FIRST Millennia Credit Card?

In case you lose your credit card, immediately block it through any of the routes mentioned below and reapply for a replacement

• Customer Care Helpline

You can call customer care helpline number, 1800 10 888 and place a request to block the lost card. The customer service executives may verify some information before they block the card remotely.

• IDFC FIRST Mobile Banking App

You can login to IDFC FIRST Mobile Banking App, in the credit card section select the option to block your credit card.

• Net Banking Portal

You can login to IDFC FIRST Bank’s website with you net banking credentials and block your credit card.

• SMS Service

You can place request to block you card via SMS, please type CCBLOCK<Space><Last 4 digits of Credit Card number> and sent it on 5676732.

How often can I change my credit card limit?

The credit limit on credit cards can be changed by the bank based on the customers’ eligibility criteria. The other way to increase your credit limit by sharing specific documents with the bank for further assessment. Eligible customers receive a proactive offer to increase their credit card limit.

What are the overlimit (OVL) charges applied on my FIRST Millennia Credit Card?

Transactions can get declined when customers cross their credit limit. That’s why we provide an overlimit facility which offers an additional 10% credit limit for customers for a hassle-free experience. Customer consent is required to enable the OVL facility, this can be done through the Credit Cards section in IDFC FIRST Bank mobile application.
