Kindly ensure that you call from your Registered Mobile Number (RMN) with adequate network connection. Please retry calling from your RMN; you will then receive a welcome message on WhatsApp from IDFC FIRST Bank.
As our loan customer, once you register for WhatsApp banking services, you can view these details by typing '1'. 'Loan and EMI' details will also display your last EMI paid and outstanding EMI.
If you have fully paid your outstanding loan amount but the account’s status is still Active then please download the Statement of Account (SOA) on WhatsApp. Please check your SOA for any due charges. This could be why your account is not closed. Once you pay all due charges, your loan account will close.
As our consumer durable loan customer, you can check the status of your Easy Buy Card (EBC) by typing '2' for 'Easy Buy Card details'. Here you will find its unutilised limit amount and status such as blocked or active.
You can deactivate WhatsApp Banking Services by sending 'STOP' on the chat.
Yes, you can check a minor’s bank account details if your registered phone number is mapped to the Minor Account.
You will receive an SMS confirmation once the request is executed. Please note that Stop Cheque and Block Card are immediate service requests.
No, rest assured, there are no additional charges for using WhatsApp banking services. However, existing charges are applicable for service requests as per the schedule of charges.
