Offer Terms & Conditions

Introduction

  1. The offer is made solely and entirely by IDFC FIRST BANK Limited (“Bank”) to the Bank’s Credit Card holders (“Customers”), who have received communication related to offer named – Ten on Ten / TENific – Credit Cards – End of Year Spends Campaign, by the Bank through Email, SMS, Push Notification, App Banners, WhatsApp and / or any direct communication channel intended for the customer only.
  2. The offer is applicable on the following IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards - FIRST Classic Credit Card, FIRST Millennia Credit Card, FIRST Select Credit Card, FIRST Wealth Credit Card, FIRST WOW! Credit Card and IDFC FIRST Bank Employee Credit Card.
  3. The offer is only applicable to Cardholders who have enrolled to participate in End of Year Spends Campaign during the offer period. Customer can enroll anytime between the offer period i.e. from 10 December, 2022 to 10 January, 2023. Customer should have enrolled through any of the modes shared by the Bank directly with the intended recipients.

End of Year Spends Offer Details

  1. A customer is eligible for this offer only if he / she has received communication regarding this offer directly on their registered mobile no. / email ID from IDFC FIRST Bank through any of its direct channels mentioned above.
  2. The End of Year Spends campaign offer is communicated to the customer via direct channels mentioned above.
  3. Enrolment needs to be done through the customer’s mobile no. and email ID registered with IDFC FIRST Bank.
  4. The offer will be applicable on purchases done on qualified retail purchases for personal consumption only. The offer will not be valid for transactions which are commercial in any nature.
  5. Net eligible spends of the enrolled cards are considered only during the offer period.
  6. The offer will not be valid on spends done on Insurance (MCC 3429, 5960, 6300, 6381, 6513), Fuel (MCC 5172, 5541, 5542, 5983), Cash (MCC 6010, 6011,7280), Rent Payments (MCC 6513) Wallet Load (MCC 6540) and EMI.
  7. For this offer, multiple transactions are allowed and the cumulative spends of all eligible transactions will be considered while calculating the eligible spends.
  8. The offer is non-transferable, non-cashable and non-negotiable.
  9. The Reward Points will be credited / posted to the Cardholder’s Credit Card account between 25 February, 2023 to 05 March, 2023.
  10. Transactions done with IDFC FIRST Bank Add-On Credit Card shall be considered for the offer and the relevant Reward Points will be credited to the primary cardholder’s credit card account however, no separate / duplicate posting will be given to the Add-On cardholder.
  11. Only the transactions done during 10 December, 2022 to 10 January, 2023 (both days inclusive) will be considered for the offer. Even if the enrolment is done at a later date, all spends done, except excluded MCCs, within the offer period will be considered as eligible. 
  12. During the offer fulfillment, if the customer’s credit card account is found to be in overdue or in over-limit status for the last three months, the Reward Points posting will not be processed.
  13. If any transaction during the offer period is reversed or cancelled by the cardholder or merchant, that particular transaction will be excluded from the total eligible spends. Similarly, for any disputed transaction of the cardholder, that particular transaction will be excluded from the total eligible spends.
  14. The customer needs to spend minimum Rs. 5000 during the duration of the offer period to be eligible for the offer.
  15. The customer will get 10X reward points for any transaction done between 10 pm to 10 am on the eligible categories on a minimum spend of Rs. 5000.
  16. This offer is not applicable over & above existing 10X program in effect; please refer to the grid provided below for reference:

    *Effective 15th Nov’22, new customers on-boarded will earn 4X Reward Points / ₹150 spent. Customers on-boarded on or before 14th Nov’22 will continue earning 4X Reward Points / ₹100 spent.
  17. For FIRST WOW! Credit Cards, 10X rewards will be given on spends done till credit limit (no 10X rewards on limit Churn).

Other Generic Terms & Conditions

  1. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any transaction out of all spends if it appears to be non-personal expense or commercial transaction in nature. The bank may ask for the proof of purchase in the form of invoice/ bill in case of dispute on the said transaction and bank would have the final right to qualify or disqualify any transaction.
  2. Any Customer eligible for the offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, the offer terms and conditions mentioned in the communication sent, as well as, general terms and conditions of the Bank, before availing the offer.
  3. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer (including any default in payments).
  4. Bank reserves the right, at any time, without any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this offer by another offer whether similar to this offer or not or to extend or withdraw this offer altogether.
  5. The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by any merchant with regards to this offer. Customer is expected to take any grievance, pertaining to quality, delivery or any other issue of purchased goods and services, to the respective merchant and not to the Bank.
  6. The decision of the Bank limited in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
  7. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
  8. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer and the Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges.
  9. I hereby confirm that I have also read and understood the contents of the offer details and agree to be levied various charges mentioned therein as and when applicable to me. The T&C, offer and miscellaneous documents provided are in English language and, I have fully understood the same and would request IDFC FIRST Bank to provide any further information in English language and I am aware they are available for reference on the IDFC FIRST Bank website https://www.idfcfirstbank.com
  10. I hereby declare that the details furnished in the application are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and I undertake to inform IDFC FIRST Bank of any changes therein, immediately. In case any of the information is found to be false or untrue or misleading or misrepresenting. I am aware that I shall be held liable for it.
