Introduction

  1. The offer is made solely and entirely by IDFC FIRST BANK Limited (“Bank”) to the Bank’s Credit Card holders (“Customers”), who have received communication related to offer named – “Khushiyan FIRST– Credit Cards” by the Bank through Email, SMS, Push Notification, App Banners, WhatsApp and / or any direct communication channel intended for the customer only.
  2. The offer is applicable on the following IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards - FIRST Classic, FIRST Millennia, FIRST Select, FIRST Wealth, IDFC FIRST Bank Employee Credit Card FIRST Family, FIRST WOW!, FIRST Private, FIRST Power, FIRST Power+ Credit Cards. 
  3. This offer is not applicable on FIRST Corporate, FIRST Purchase, FIRST Business & Club Vistara IDFC FIRST Credit Cards.
  4. Once the customer enrols- enrolment is across all campaigns under Khushiyan FIRST- Credit Cards (i.e. Additional 10x spends & Top spenders).
  5. For customers holding multiple IDFC FIRST Bank Credit cards, also, a single enrolment is required.
  6. The offer is only applicable to Cardholders who have enrolled to participate in Khushiyan FIRST Campaign during the offer period. Customer can enrol anytime between the period i.e. from 3rd October to 15th October 2023. Customer should have enrolled through any of the modes shared by bank directly to the intended recipients.

Offer Details

  1.  Additional 10x rewards on spends will be offered for eligible spends done on eligible IDFC FIRST Bank Credit cards during the above mentioned offer period: 7th October-15th October, 2023.
  2. Current reward structure will continue to be applicable over which additional reward points will be offered during offer period on eligible spends.
  3. Additional 10x rewards offer will not be valid on spends done on Fuel (MCC 5172, 5541, 5542, 5983), Cash (MCC 6010, 6011,7280), Rent Payments (MCC 6513), Utility (MCC 4800-4999), Wallet Load (MCC 6540) & EMI transactions.
  4. For this offer, UPI spends will be included in eligible spends.
  5. Additional 10x rewards program has limited validity during the offer period & will not be carried forward post the same.
  6. The offer will be applicable on qualified retail purchases for personal consumption only. The offer will not be valid for transactions which are deemed to be commercial or business-related in any nature. The bank reserves the right to disqualify such transactions while calculating final eligibility.
  7. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any transaction out of all spends if it appears to be non-personal expense or commercial transaction in nature. The bank may ask for the proof of purchase in the form of invoice/ bill in case of dispute on the said transaction and bank would have the final right to qualify or disqualify any transaction.
  8. For this offer, multiple transactions are allowed and the cumulative spends of all eligible transactions will be considered while calculating the eligible spends & rewards.
  9. The offer is non-transferable, non-cashable and non-negotiable.
  10. No two offers can be combined during the offer period. In case the customer qualifies for more than one offer during the offer period, Bank holds the right to fulfil only one offer.
  11. The Rewards will be credited to the Cardholder’s Credit Card account after 60 days’ post offer closure (rewards will be posted from 15th December’23- 1st January’24).
  12. Transactions performed by customer using IDFC FIRST Bank Add-On Credit Card shall be considered along with the primary spends for the offer and the relevant Reward Points  will be credited to the primary cardholder’s credit card account, however, no separate / duplicate posting will be given to the Add-On cardholder.
  13. Only the transactions done during 7th October 2023 till 15th October 2023 will be considered for the offer. Even if the enrolment is done at an earlier date, all spends done within the offer period will be considered as eligible.
  14. During the offer fulfilment, if the customer’s credit card account is found to be in overdue status for the last three months, the  Rewards posting will not be processed.
  15. If any of the transaction during the offer period is reversed or cancelled by the cardholder or merchant, then that particular transaction will be excluded from the total eligible spends. Similarly, for any disputed transaction by the cardholder, that particular transaction will be excluded from the total eligible spends.
  16. If any transaction is reversed post crediting of reward points, the bank holds right to debit reward points from the customer account

Other Generic Terms & Conditions

  1. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any transaction out of all spends if it appears to be non-personal expense or commercial transaction in nature. The bank may ask for the proof of purchase in the form of invoice/ bill in case of dispute on the said transaction and bank would have the final right to qualify or disqualify any transaction.
  2. Any Customer eligible for the offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, the offer terms and conditions mentioned in the communication sent, as well as, general terms and conditions of the Bank, before availing the offer.
  3. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer (including any default in payments).
  4. Bank reserves the right, at any time, without any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this offer by another offer whether similar to this offer or not or to extend or withdraw this offer altogether.
  5. The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by any merchant with regards to this offer. Customer is expected to take any grievance, pertaining to quality, delivery or any other issue of purchased goods and services, to the respective merchant and not to the Bank.
  6. The decision of the Bank limited in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
  7. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
  8. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer and the Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges.
  9. I hereby confirm that I have also read and understood the contents of the offer details and agree to be levied various charges mentioned therein as and when applicable to me. The T&C, offer and miscellaneous documents provided are in English language and, I have fully understood the same and would request IDFC FIRST Bank to provide any further information in English language and I am aware they are available for reference on the IDFC FIRST Bank website https://www.idfcfirstbank.com
  10. I hereby declare that the details furnished in the application are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and I undertake to inform IDFC FIRST Bank of any changes therein, immediately.
