Mr. Vishal Mahadevia is Head of Asia Private Equity and Co-Head of Financial Services, and a member of the Executive Management Group at Warburg Pincus. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 2006, he worked with private equity funds, Greenbriar Equity Group, and Three Cities Research. He also worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. He currently serves as a Managing Director of Warburg Pincus Singapore Pte. Ltd. Mr. Vishal is also Director of IDFC FIRST Bank Limited, Apollo Tyres Limited and Warburg Pincus India Private Limited. He received a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
