  • You will be directed to a page wherein you have to choose the product and provide the loan application number and security code to get a one-time password on your mobile phone.
  • Once you have verified your details, you will be able to view your personal loan status.

IDFC FIRST Bank offers dedicated loan checker sites like ‘Track my loan application’ and ‘eTracking’ to check your personal loan status.

On the ‘Track my loan application’ website:

  • Choose the product name and enter your registered mobile number to receive an OTP.
  • Once you have submitted the OTP, you are taken to a loan checker page showing the personal loan status, like ‘under process’, ‘approved’, or ‘rejected’.

On the ‘eTracking’ website:

  • Provide the product details and loan application number to receive an OTP.
  • Verify the details to get your personal loan status.

You can also use the loan checker tool on the IDFC FIRST Bank mobile app. All you need to do is:

  • Download the IDFC FIRST Bank mobile app.
  • Log in using your user ID and password.
  • Go to the ‘Menu’ section and choose the option ‘Products and Services’.
  • Select the product and enter your ‘Loan application number’.
  • Click ‘Submit’ to receive the personal loan status.

Checking personal loan application status offline 
 

There are other ways of tracking the personal loan status, which are as follows:

  • Contact customer care over the phone during the working days from 9.30 am to 6 pm. With IDFC FIRST Bank, you can call the helpline number 1860 500 9900 to know your loan status. You can talk to the customer care executive to know the latest update of your loan application. For this purpose, you have to keep the loan reference number handy for verification.
  • You can also track your personal loan status by visiting the nearest branch of the bank.
