Terms and Conditions for Evio Headphone Offer

 

  1. DEFINITIONS
    • In these Terms, which expression shall include all amendments and modifications made thereto from time to time, the following words and phrases have the meaning set below unless the context indicates otherwise:
    • “Accounts” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean Retail Current Accounts with IDFC FIRST Bank Limited (“IDFC FIRST Bank”) of all constitutions like individuals, sole proprietors, partnership firms, private limited companies, public limited companies, HUFs, Trusts, Societies, Associations etc.
    • “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person/ entity/ organization who holds Savings and / or Fixed Deposit with IDFC FIRST Bank as on 31st July 2017 and do not hold any Current Account relationship and who has received communication from IDFC FIRST Bank by way of direct mailer/ e-mailer/ SMS/ Banker on Call or any other mode with respect to the Offer.
    • “Offer Period” shall mean the period from August 01, 2017 till August 31, 2017 (both dates inclusive).
    • “Primary Terms and Conditions” shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to Current Accounts as available on the website www.idfcbank.com and/or as intimated to the Customer from time to time.

     

  2. The Offer
    • Open a Current Account and get an Evio Headphone.
    • Offer valid from August 01, 2017 till August 31, 2017 (both dates inclusive)

     

  3. Terms and Conditions of IDFC FIRST Bank
    • The Customer’s participation in the Offer and opening of Account by the Customer is entirely voluntary. It is further understood that the Account opened by the Customer is not solely for availing the said Offer benefits.
    • The participation in the Offer shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the terms and conditions governing the Offer.
    • One customer can be eligible only once under the Offer.
    • Current Account opening of the client will be at the sole discretion of the IDFC FIRST Bank.
    • IDFC FIRST Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness, and/or character of the headphone (gift).
    • The gift is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
    • If a model of the product being offered by the Bank has run out of stock or has been discontinued, an alternative model of similar value chosen by IDFC FIRST Bank will be offered. IDFC FIRST Bank's decision will be final in this regard.
    • The Offer can be altered, modified, or terminated any time at sole discretion of IDFC FIRST Bank without any intimation to the Customer.
    • The products under this offer will have warranty based on the manufacturers' warranty and IDFC FIRST Bank will not provide any additional warranty. Further IDFC FIRST Bank is neither liable nor responsible for products and/or services being offered under this Offer.
    • IDFC FIRST Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim/ injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the Terms or Offer itself.
    • IDFC FIRST Bank shall not in any way be deemed to be making any representation whatsoever about the usefulness of the Offer and shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for the same.
    • The Terms contained herein shall be in addition to and not in substitution/ derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Current Account. However in case of any inconsistency between Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Current Account, IDFC FIRST Bank shall have sole discretion to decide on the same.
    • In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of IDFC FIRST Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
    • IDFC FIRST Bank reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. IDFC FIRST Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
    • If the Customer ceases to hold Account at any time during the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Customer.
    • IDFC FIRST Bank is not liable nor is it responsible for products or services being offered in this offer.
