   1. Login to IDFC FASTag Customer Portal/App using the registered Mobile number -OTP/FASTag User ID-Password.
   2. Click on the Tag Account Number to check your Tag Account balance
3. Through SMS – You receive an SMS alert every time you pay electronically at toll plazas through FASTag and every time you recharge your FASTag. The SMS contains the transaction details and the available balance.
4. Through a missed call – The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has introduced a missed call alert facility that enables you to check your FASTag balance. All you need to do is give a missed call from your registered mobile number to 8884333331, and you will receive a notification of your latest FASTag balance.
5. Through IDFC FIRST Bank contact centre – To view FASTag balance through the Customer Care helpline, call IDFC FIRST Bank’s toll-free number at 1800 266 9970. Don’t forget to ensure you’re calling from a mobile number registered with your prepaid wallet.
6. Through Bharat Bill Pay Systems – Select biller as FASTag and enter the vehicle number to check the balance of your FASTag recharge.

If you find insufficient balance, it’s crucial to recharge your FASTag immediately. You can do so through credit card, net banking, or via the United Payments Interface (UPI). You can also activate the auto debit feature to give standing instructions for a recharge if the balance goes down a certain limit. 2. Login using your credentials and select the ‘Payments’ option
3. Select ‘Recharge your NHAI prepaid wallet’ option
4. Input your registered mobile number and click on proceed
5. You will receive a one-time password (OTP). Enter it and tap on submit
6. Now enter your vehicle number and tap on submit
7. You can check your FASTag balance with a vehicle number under the available tab/wallet balance
