The best way to check your FASTag balance offline is through SMS or missed calls. The SMS alert is received upon online payment at plazas and recharge. The SMS contains information on the available balance. You can also give a missed call to the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) from your registered mobile number to 88-8433-3331 and receive your latest FASTag balance.
To check your FASTag balance with the vehicle number, you can download the My FASTag App from Google’s Play Store. Once installed, log in with your credentials and enter your mobile number. To check your FASTag balance with your vehicle number, enter your vehicle number and check your FASTag balance under the available tab/wallet balance.
