Disclosures – Mutual Fund Commissions

Following are the details of the commission earned by IDFC FIRST Bank from various fund-houses:

Liquid funds 0.05% to 0.50%

Income earned from PMS as a Referral Product through referral fee per annum
Referral Fee per annum 0.05% - 2.50%^

* all equity funds includes flexi cap funds, Aggressive Hybrid, large, mid & small cap funds, international funds etc

** all debt funds includes Gilt, Income, short term & corporate bond funds, floating rate funds etc

^ Some Product providers share commission on trail only basis while some aggregate commission to first year upfront. The above rates are on annualised basis

For investors in Mutual Funds from B 30 locations, an additional commission of 0%-2% will be paid from AMC’s

Additional B30 1st year Trail Commission: As per SEBI circular SEBI/HO/IMD/DF2/CIR/P/2019/42 dated March 25, 2019, additional B30 1st year trail commission shall be payable only on inflows from retail investors from B30 cities. The term 'retail investor' has been defined by SEBI. Accordingly, It has been decided that inflows of amount upto Rs. 2,00,000/- per transaction, by individual investors shall be considered as inflows from Retail Investors (applicable WEF 15th April 2019).

The disclosure is in accordance with SEBI circular no SEBI/IMD/CIR No. 4/ 168230/09.

IDFC FIRST Bank offers only Regular Plans in Mutual Funds. Details of Scheme level commission on Mutual funds are available with the Relationship Managers and would be produced on demand.

IDFC FIRST Bank Ltd. also gets the following reimbursements and income from AMCs. Reimbursements towards promotion and marketing related activities conducted by IDFC FIRST Bank Ltd. on behalf of AMCs. These reimbursements are event based and the same may or may not be received from AMCs in a particular period. Further, since such activities may be carried out at AMC level, reimbursement amount received cannot be attributed to any specific scheme being offered by such AMC.
