  2. When, the value on the card is greater than the prescribed limit the Cardholder will need to complete the KYC process

  • Cumulative credits per month should be ≤ Rs. 10,000*
  • Cumulative of debits per month ≤ Rs. 10,000*
  • Cumulative load per FY ≤ Rs. 1,00,000*
    Within 12 months from the date of card issuance, the user will need to complete KYC, if not, no further credit allowed on the card.
    Once the user completes KYC the card can be loaded with a value of up to Rs. 1,00,000*

The lost card will be blocked and the available amount would be issued to the cardholder in a replacement card only after the cardholder requests for a replacement card. You can raise a request for the replacement card by logging in on desktop interface.

Yes, a card inactive fee as mentioned in your welcome letter will be charged if there is no credit/debit transactions on the card for 90 days.

Yes, an insufficient fund fee as mentioned in your welcome letter will be charged for every transaction that is declined due to insufficient balance on card.

How can I block/replace my IDFC First Sodexo Meal Pass?

You can block your card by calling our customer service centres OR email us at consumer@india.sodexo.com (TAT – 2 working days) OR visit the Zeta app to block/replace your card

Is my card secured by a transaction PIN?

Yes, the IDFC First Sodexo Meal Pass is a PIN-based card. You will receive your static PIN as part of the card welcome kit. You can also generate a SuperPIN on your own using the Zeta app. This SuperPIN is dynamic and generates every two minutes.
