Step 1 - Login to net banking and click on profile dropdown

Step 2 - Click on manage profile section

Step 3 - Click on change Email ID and enter the new email ID

step

Step 4 - Authenticate via OTP and confirm. That's it! Your request to change the email ID is submitted. Note down the service request number to track the status of your request
